We are currently accepting applications
for the following In-Home Patient Services positions:

Nursing Supervisor - Full Time, exempt
   (accepting applications until filled)

Responsible for managing nursing staff, home health aides, intake/admission activities and assists the Director of Patient Services (DPS) with oversight of patient services.

• Registered Nurse with licensure to practice professional nursing in 
  California, possessing a Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree from an
  accredited nursing program.
• Three (3) years nursing experience preferably in a hospice, home health
  agency or acute care and
• Minimum two (2) years management experience in a health care setting.
• Possess demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and
  administrative personnel.
• Possess demonstrated ability to efficiently operate a computer.
• Clinical expertise in care of terminally ill patients, including pain and
  symptom management.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid CA driver's license, with an automobile that is insured in
  accordance with state requirements.

Registered Nurse - per diem
   (Open Application Period)

• Req. 2 years acute care or comparable setting
• CA RN license
• CPR
• CDL, auto & auto insurance
• Proven computer skills preferred

 

Medical Social Worker - per diem
   
(Open Application Period)

• Masters of Social Work degree, demonstrated ability in casework &
  counseling, including 1 year of clinical exp., preferably in healthcare or
  hospice
• CDL, auto & auto insurance
• Proven computer skills preferred


Home Health Aide or CNA to train

   
(Open Application Period)

• Provide personal care to terminally ill patients in their home
• HHA certification required OR will train experienced CNA to obtain
  HHA certification. Home health experience preferred
• CPR
• CDL, auto & auto insurance
