Heartwarming Snowline Stories In September of 2010, we began featuring stories from families of patients and customers of our retail stores as part of our “What’s Your Snowline Story?” ad campaign. Some of the ads have included heartwarming stories related to patient care and hospice services, while others have been about incredible finds or personal experiences from customers of our thrift stores. All of them have been condensed to fit the space in our ads. Following are the complete versions of these wonderful stories as they were originally written.
